"Today"

¹⁰ for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

–Luke 19:10

When we think of “today,” what do we think of? Maybe we have a big meeting, lunch with an old friend, a fun day off, the start of retirement? I guess each one of us has a different thought on “today.”

What does God think of in regard to “today?” I think Luke 19:10 sums it up. He is working on, in, and through “us.” He is doing all He can to reach lost souls. Yes He is all powerful, but He will not over-ride our “free will” to decide whether to choose Him or not. He did not spare His own Son; what more could He do to save us.

Today, God is seeking to save the lost. What are we doing?
